1920′s Chicago; a city controlled by the gangsters, and under the rules of prohibition. Two rival gangs- the Tunas and the Shadows, fight for control of the city. When a huge fire rips through Big Tuna’s warehouse Loli Lilo, a young female journalist, decides to go undercover and investigate. But she soon discovers nobody is quite what they seem….
